Here is a report about a new French electric scooter that was shown at the Paris auto show:

current bikes: 2018 16.6 kWh Zero S, 2011 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Classic, 2009 BMW F650GS, 2007 BMW R1200R, 2005 Triumph T-100 Bonneville, 2002 Yamaha FZ1 and a 1978 Honda Kick 'N Go Senior.

Uggh....Scooters do not need to be ugly and boring...why are all "modern" scooter the same horrid shape.

They can be beautiful:



and they can be of a different shape:



heck, mini had some great looking concept electric scooters...



but I guess it is easier and cheaper to make a yugo scooter vs something beautiful.

Yeah, the back end looks OK, but the front brings to mind some kind of Teutonic helmet thing. Remember this is a country that brought you the Citroen designs!

The video on the company website shows another model that's better looking, but the sped-up video and hyper-synth drum-machine driving music seems a bit out of place for a scooter:



I hope they do well: Paris traffic needs all the relief it can get.
