I agree.  A great review - with a definite LA twist.   ;)

I plan to ride my Zero the 40 miles down to my BMW dealer this morning and park it in front of the service department (where there is a convenient wall outlet), just to give them something to think about while I drink their coffee and eat their Costco pastries.   ;D

I hate it as it makes my blog irrelevant :)

Great write up...

Now that's good press!

The statement of his that really hit home was, if you live in an urban area like LA or the Bay Are, you NEED this bike.  To the casual reader it might sound like typical self-indulgent motorcyclist BS (like, man, I need that Panigale), but for those in the know, it rings true.

I noticed this "change in opinion" just today when I brought my bike up to Cars and Coffee Dallas today.

When I had the bike up there last year, I got the typical weird stares and questions.

Today when I had the bike up there it was more of the wide eye "wow" this is an electric bike? I bet it's fast!
etc...

really amazing how mainstream electric travel is becoming.

I also hit up the Cars and Croissants in Northern NJ (next to NYC) and this year I'm getting a lot more "I bet it's fast" with the wide-eyed grin!
