I'm on real-time pricing, but prior to that it was around 11.5 cents an hour including the delivery charge.

I'll throw a giant bucket'o'mud in the waters for this one.  Austin shifts pricing between winter and summer; I only have a copy of a winter bill handy.  Summer, when I run the A/C near 24/7, things get really ugly, they have four tiers for billing.  Your first 'A' kWh are billed a one rate, 'B' to 'C' is a higher rate, etc, and in summer I hit the fourth tier :(.

Currently it's showing US$0.018 per kWh, plus regulatory charges of US$0.00794 per kWh, plus a "power supply adjustment" at US$0.03709 per kWh.  It's a ripoff.

A few months back I set my Kill-a-Watt to the rate of second-from-highest summer rate and charged my Entertia+ from 20% to 100% and it showed US$0.54 to charge it.  Does that sound right?
