early Empulse photos
« on: March 03, 2020, 10:14:20 AM »
I thought I would post a few photos of the early, prototype Empulse before it acquired a transmission. Attached are three factory (?) photos and one that someone took of me at Scudera West in San Francisco in my brown leathers taking a photo of the new bike being displayed at the shop (which later became a dealer for a while, I believe) on February 10, 2011. Brammo Brian was one of the factory representatives there that day.

Here is a photo of the left side of the bike and what looks like some soft luggage.

And a photo showing a bit of the motor housing, suspension and battery pack on the right side.

Very cool! Thanks Richard. It's almost hard to remember that they, at one time, had a bike with no transmission. I seem to recall they originally offered three models, with three different battery capacities. Such a long time ago.

Thanks Richard....  I am an Empulse fan....  Great pics of a bike I had never seen before....  I actually like the lines of it very much....  If only Brammo had stayed with it....  Just think what current models might look like....  Those guys were very serious....  Polaris was never invested....

Cool I guess this turned into the Empulse RR in the future.  The battery pack configuration is a little different.  Looks like they flip flopped it the more of the battery modules are on the bottom of the frame than the top.    The motor is massive.
