Well, this is nothing if not creative.
But the market for it might be somewhat limited:
It turns out that I completely misunderstood the point of the video. It was not about a pizza oven but about the power cord and inverter that Electric Cowboy had developed. The pizza oven (which I had never seen before) was just to demonstrate the usefulness of the power cord when camping in the woods. Another video was produced later that showed the power going out while watching a movie and then connecting the Energica's battery to the home's electrical outlet via the cable that they developed. I got the impression that it might become an official Energica accessory and be sold through that company's accessory division. Sorry about that. It is just that I am more familiar with pizza than with power cables and inverters.
