Sorry, not sure what happen to the rest of my post. Anyways, could someone help me diagnose and possibly get my new to me bike? The batteries were dead. I bought them up to about 7v from 3v and now they have a red blinking light on. I was trying to reset VCU but no light at all, red or green. My next step is to hook them up to lithium charger and see if I can get their voltage high enough to reset VCU and enable onboard charging system. Am I on the right track here? Btw I see that couple of batteries have been replaced and they have battery #
