1970's BMW boxer EV conversion

This is an interesting conversion using an old 1970's BMW R-model boxer chassis, removing the engine and converting it to electric power. It looks like a very clean and thoughtful manufacturing job, but oh those cylinders! Talk about pedestrian slicers! Then there is the projected production price of around 30K Euros. I get where they were going, trying to emulate the Boxer engine, but yikes. I wonder how much further it extends outward beyond the Boxer's dimensions.
