So when do YOU think we will get some new Brammo News?

3 things and then my guess...

1) It has been a while since any released Brammo news about bikes, factories, release dates etc etc...

2) Some rumblings here and twitter that Brammo may have some breaking stuff soon...mmm, breaking is a bad word in sales of any electronics...Brammo may have some updated info soon...

3) Brammo likely has reached 1000 pre-orders for the Empulse (maybe the Plus?), so they should have a "pull a name out of the hat and win an Empulse" contest announcement soon.


Ok...my guess...

Well I am giving Fiat 20k this Saturday for a new car...so I guess Brammo will contact me the following Monday to say they want 9k for a Plus...



funny enough, I will quickly say "OK", but kinda hide that fact from the wife

I'm very curious why Brammo got so quiet. I hope they didn't promise more than they can deliver.

I was very excited about the Empulse, but now let's just say I'm cautiously optimistic, with emphasis on "cautiously".

It could be worse. Take a look over at Arcimoto's site. They have a cool product, celebrity backing, and yet nothing to speak of for news in many many months. That's all after they've started taking deposits on vehicles.

For Brammo to be delayed is to be expected. Let's get the product right! Not, let's get the product right now.

Oh I'm fine waiting a bit...I figure the Empulse will take a bit of time...the Plus should take less and that is the bike I want.

As for Arcimoto, yeah I love Nathan and think it was smart getting him a car.

Brammo really needs to get Brad Pitt an Empulse asap...tell him, "Sure your friend George has a Tango...but that is an electric CAR...ick....here is a nice pretty electric MOTORCYCLE for you to drive." Brad loves motorcycles and Hollywood people love being green, so a win win. One photo of Brad riding an Empulse along the Pacific Palisades would sell more Brammos than...well than just about anything other than giving them away for free.

I know it is silly to give a free bike to a multi-millionaire, but giving an Empulse to Mr Pitt would pay for itself many time over.

Giving Pitt an Empulse is more difficult than any of us imagine.  Unless he decides all by himself to buy one, giving him one to ride costs, perhaps, millions of dollars.  Same thing with product placements in movies and television shows.

Are you volunteering to spend a few months driving around his neighborhood on an Empules, and showing up to parties that he goes to on the Empules, just to show him what a cool bike he could be riding?

You don't actually need to give him the bike, all you need to do is offer to give him a test ride and have the press there at the same time.    Cheap and you get the same coverage as if you actually gave it to him.    If he doesn't want cameras around, get one of those undercover cams used to trap politicians taking a bribe and go viral.
