Brammo in the TV news

A few minutes ago I was watching the CBS National News. They were discussing today's rise in gas prices and how premium fuel had gone over $4 a gallon in San Francisco. Then they showed a close-up of a parked green Enertia, owned by a young lady, who was then shown riding off down a city street. The reporter then said that she was able to ride up to 40 miles on only 35 cents - implying that maybe one way to save on gasoline bills would be to buy an electric motorcycle for commuting to work. Nice work CBS.

It took a while to download, but the link worked fine. The gas prices report starts at the 6 minute mark of the news video and lasts for 2 minutes, with the Empuse portion near the end.

Great exposure for Brammo and EVs in general. CBS Evening news gets well over 5 million viewers per night. The more people see EVs the more they become "normal."

Gas prices here in L.A. are going up every couple of days. Pretty close to $4.00 a gallon.

That's pretty awesome.
Premium at my local Shell, here in Scottsdale is 3.99 and has been for the last 2 weeks or so...
fortunately, Costco was 3.74 the last time I filled up ($3.5 diff on a tank full, wondering how far I would get on that on my Empulse, if and when I get it )
