My money is on the Mugen bike. I don't think Honda, I mean Mugen, will show up unless they can take #1.

With that said.. it's a race, and the TT has proven to be rather harsh on bikes with limited testing. (see MotoCzysz in the 2009 TTXGP). Mugen seems like they're doing their testing .. soooooo we'll see : D
