Winter hand guards
« on: June 26, 2012, 02:17:02 PM »
I know most people are not thinking about winter right now, but here are some waterproof fabric universal-fit handlebar covers that will keep your hands warm and dry during inclement conditions. They are lightweight and can fold up into a small package so that you can carry them in a large jacket pocket or placed under a seat if you have a compartment there.

Attached is a photo of the covers on my Zero.
current bikes: 2018 16.6 kWh Zero S, 2011 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Classic, 2009 BMW F650GS, 2007 BMW R1200R, 2005 Triumph T-100 Bonneville, 2002 Yamaha FZ1 and a 1978 Honda Kick 'N Go Senior.

Yes - never too early to start thinking about how to extend the riding season.

I finally got around to buying a pair of snowmobile gloves (March, I think?) and they really make a big difference over my shortie mesh gloves.
