Brammo Enertia sighting - Austin, Texas

My son sent this photo of a black Enertia that he spotted on 6th Street in Austin, Texas.  Anyone know anything about it, the paint job, or the owner?

Didn't BrammoJenn have a brother in Austin with an Enertia...

It was green, but I think I heard he was going to "Rat" it up...

I thought his paint job was much more creative than just plain black. I had a photo... somewhere.
