And the final, Race Day Video - really enjoyed the track analysis by Eric Bostrom with the real time video and graphic of the track.  Well done.

Quick clip of an Empulse RR flying down the straight. The bike is, if not loud, then clearly audible .. not from the motor, but from the huge rush of air being displaced by the bike as it moves. Sounds very much like a fighter jet ripping a line through the sky.

What you don't get from these videos is the low frequency roar of the bikes as the pass by. I'm not sure if that is from the air or the tires, but that's one of the things that makes them sound like a jet fighter to me! Until somebody gets some good audio equipment out there to record that sound, the only way to experience it is to be there.

If anybody asks me if I miss the ear shattering noise coming from the ICE bikes, I can emphatically say "Not for a second!" The sounds coming from the electric bikes was a lot more impressive to me, since that was the sound of everything that the ICE would block out.

At Laguna Seca we sat up on the hill...so you actually don't hear the bikes much at all from a distance. Now down at pit level you do hear them much better zipping by :)

The Moto GP bikes are just insanely loud...that I do not miss....

That is just bad-ass.  No other way to say it.
