I was wondering that, too. Maybe, since he showed up mid season, he already had deals with other sponsors. I actually have no idea.

I found out Eric is a Dunlop sponsored rider, Where Steve is a Perelli.   I suspect he has retained his Alpinestars sponsorship as well, although I haven't researched that.  Probably why you don't see too much (if any?) Icon logos on his bike, as it's a conflict of sponsor interest.
