Congrats to Brammo...Now do this....
« on: October 23, 2012, 10:55:30 AM »
No rest for the Champions....ok, well a bit of rest, but then back to work :)

Sooooo, I love giving Brammo projects...they ignore them....but I still like doing it.

Here is the latest project they can ignore.

Make a Special Edition Empulse RR copy. Basically the Empulse R but with racing fairing...

like so...Number 1, etc etc  North American and WORLD Champions 2012 on the side...

Have the first 10 ordered signed by SteveO and Eric B. as Brammo Racing Signature Edition.

And if Brammo needs somebody to ride one around the Southwest to promote the Empulse...well I do know somebody who would be interested (well I know a boat load of people who are interested, but I am not plugging for them :) )

Racing fairing but with LED headlamps perhaps.

I'd love to have an aero fairing on the Zero.

Talking to various people on the Brammo team, it was clear to me that they already have too many projects to work on, and what they are trying to do now is figure out which projects to work on first. They are a small team, and so they can't do everything at once (and even if they were much larger, I doubt that they would want to do too many things at once). They were pretty tight lipped about what those projects were.

Building a race replica seems like a reasonable request to me, so I wouldn't be surprised if they add that to their list of projects. I hope that project happens sooner rather than later, since I would really like to get a fairing for the bike, and of course the replica would have a fairing.

So has anyone here done any productive research on what it would take to install a LED headlamp, either into the production housing or a replacement? (Difficult to assess without looking at a real bike!)
