System Fault C3

All,

Don't have access to my owners manual at the moment so unable to check.  Trying to charge the bike and getting System Fault C3.  Can anyone let me know what that is?

Zündung ein, starten, im Leerlauf ca. 30 sec. auf 2-3000 U/min drehen. Zündung aus.

Google: Ignition on, restart, idle speed turn about 30 sec. To 2-3000 U / min. Ignition off.

Use new update!!
