(Seattle area) Issaquah XXX Root Beer Drive-In EV Show on Mother's Day

How did this event go?  I am in S pokane and wish I was closer

It went well.  Turnout from the public was lower because it was overcast and cold, but the amount of variety increased--there were more electric vehicle types on display.

What we've seen in the past:
Tesla Roadster, Tesla Model S, Nissan LEAF, Mitsubishi i-MiEV, BMW i3, Kia Soul EV, smart ForTwo ED, Chevy Volt Zero Motorcycles S, Brammo Empulse R, various conversions

No-show this time around:
BMW i8

New attendees:
Tesla Model X, Ford Focus Electric, an e-bicycle startup, Arcimoto working prototype giving out test rides

I was particularly happy to meet +progress- there so that we could outnumber the Zero for once.  😄
