Brammo and Polaris, they have left us alone in Europe
« on: April 30, 2016, 07:42:43 AM »
 >:( >:( 2 months waiting for the change in my gear box warranty, Yesterday talk to the distributor in Spain, and this desperate, because brammo and polaris do not provide after-sales service.

There is another bike stopped by an accident waiting also parts, paying the owner, and they do not serve you.

If this next week, I don't have a positive communication that all is normalized, speak with my lawyers

This is the last time I buy a product from a start-up  >:(

I have just read your post and I promise to take it up with Polaris senior management - these delays are completely unacceptable. As Brammo we spent years building an excellent reputation for service so it is very painful for me to watch that reputation being squandered and to read comments like yours about never buying from a start up again. Polaris Industries acquired our motorcycle business 16 months ago now and all the service parts have been transferred to Polaris -  it is a mystery to me why they cant get these parts to dealers.  As I said at the start of this post I will raise this issue with Polaris senior management - meanwhile I have also emailed the service team in Europe. Thank you for buying your Empulse and placing your trust in Brammo - I am very sorry that your recent experience has been so disappointing.  Although I cant directly fix this feel free to contact me directly at any time astewart@brammo.com

Gentlemen,

There was, there is and there will always be an aftersales service for all the Brammo customers in Europe.
I am personally responsible for the european service like I always been before, so I would kindly ask you to contact me directly if you have any issues with your bike.
I am available for you via:

Office: 0049 8679 916 700
Mobile : 0049 172 855 4 668
Email: msakowski@kom-marktl.de

Please understand that this forum is not the best way to get in contact with service people or to get help in case you have issues with your bike.
The best thing to do is to contact service directly.

I hope I was able to make clear that service is still running!

Thank you,

Marcin Sakowski

At first I was not going to put this on the forum, because my English is not good. (so Google translate, sorry)

Marcin Sakowski and TheSpecialOne write nice words, but I do not believe it and I speak from experience. I'm sorry I bought a Brammo. It's a great engine, but the service of Brammo's is very bad (understatement)

I really feel sad about Brammo, two things:
1: 2-2-2016 my speed sensor broke, i ordered immediately a new one, but I think this part is still not in the Netherlands, 3 months  >:(

2: 19-03-2016 my Brammo, while driving, suddenly stops, nothing more, I drove about 70km per hour, while rolling I turned off the ignition and start again. The Brammo drove again, a few km later, he went out suddenly, code S85. I brought the Brammo directly to the dealer and he is seven weeks later, still there  >:(

The dealer contacted Brammo (Marcin Sakowski) because he had questions without result. Quote Marcin Sakowski "This forum is not the best way to get in contact with service people or to get help in case you have issues with your bike", I understand, but I don't know how else, I want my bike back, what other motor manufacturer would do so?

The engine is my commuter transportation, I really can not do without, I am sad and hope it will be solved quickly.

As you can see, I'm not the only one affected.
Marcin e-mail this to Jordi Roig EV Tech Service, from dealer of Spain Nextmotorbike:

"The only thing i know right now is that parts are in preparation at polaris.
Parts should be shipped soon. That's what they told me"

this mesage is from 14 april 2016, but it is the same answer that I gave on March 23.
This is: Hello Josep MĒ(dealer of Spain) if you can tell me where it is my empulse gearshift as 13 days ago told me that came out change from USA to Germany.

gentlemen, make no mistake, I am the first to be interested in everything is resolved correctly, but as I said to my dealer is desperate. Right now I'm going to send my data if your mail mail to: msakowski@kom-marktl.de and astewart@brammo.com
Marcin knows that it is, but something goes wrong.  >:(

Fresh news, it seems that finally has come a container with parts of our Brammo to Europe. The gearbox of my Empulse has come to my dealer. Now we'll see when I can ride again  :)
