Italian specialist of depreciation since 1949, Marzocchi just put the key under the door on April 14. The manufacturers and teams affiliated with the brand will live complicated months time to find a viable alternative.

That article is from April 2015.  Surprised that this is the first I've heard of it. I wonder if it was bought out or if they (and Polaris) just moved seamlessly to another supplier.

That was specific to their mountain bike division which was gobbled up by Fox. Doesn't look good for their motorcycle division (unless there's other stuff out there).
