I was able get my Enertia back to full health by charging the top 3 batteries... I didn’t need to remove the batteries from the frame, charged it at 2amp...

I was able to get the batteries charged.  I pulled all 6 batteries and but each one on a 12 volt charger for about 10 min on a low amp charge.  Then I put all the batteries back into the bike and plugged in the charging cable and I was able to get the bike charged all the way up to 100% with the bikes charger.  Life is good and I am riding the bike now.

Very good news!

Make sure you leave it plugged in overnight (or, nights!) after it hits 100%.  The software goes in to balance mode to make sure each cell is as close to other cells as possible.
