I've also been in touch with Brian Wisman, he has not responded to your problem yet but maybe he will once he sees video.

Brian is no longer with Brammo, he took a job at Zero.

I know, but he has still talked with me about my Enertia. I'm sure he will always have a special place in his heart for Brammo...

Today I have work at brammo.
I have balanced manually all the cells, clean the contact of the bms boards, and I was thinking that was everything ok.
But bad news,my new error is system error b6.
Someone can give to me some contact to help with my problem.
The enertia don' t go from this april..I thinks after a run under a water.
I suppose that is a cable or board problem. The fuse unfortunately are all ok.
Where I can find assiatance or parts?
Thanks

Hello Luca,

B6 error: BMS (Battery Management System) Not Communicating (from Brammo Enertia Manual page 79)

Read also this thread:
http://brammoforum.com/index.php?topic=3120.0

BMS module can be dead.
Maybe that's why the battery can not be charged normally and can not be balanced.
Try to get and replace bms for new ones.

Good luck,

Karel

Hi Luca,
in Europe (Germany) you can contact Marcin Sakowski, you can find him on fb.

Hello Luca,

unfortunately, service support from brammo dealers is over.

Try to ask for help directly from the manufacturer in the US:

www.brammo.com

you may be able to provide original spare parts.

Hello Luca,
I have good news for you!
My friend had the same problem (B6 error) with his Brammo Enertia+ as you and managed to solve it.
Here is the procedure:
1) Disconnect two cables on the front of the charger
2) Disconnect one cable on the front of the control unit
3) Press the reset button
4) Connect all three cables
I hope this helps you too, let me know how it came about. ;)

Hi Luca,
how does it look like your Brammo Enertia Plus? Have you ever managed to fix it?
