Cummins acquires remaining Brammo assets

$70m for the remaining bits. I hope they can make good use of them - Cummins has been making some interesting plays recently in the electric powertrains space.

Annnd.... anyone with batteries still under warranty? I know dealing with a Polaris dealer for warranty service on my forks was a major PITA, wondering how this additional layer on the electric side is going to muck things up for us.

Brammo sold just the motorcycle division to Polaris a few years ago. Brammo was still in the business of battery and drive-trains.... so it sounds like the remaining part of Brammo (sans Motorcycle, because it was already sold off) is now being sold to Cummins.
It does sound like it's the end of Brammo as we know it though.
