Enertia Plus 2013 service in Seattle area
« on: December 01, 2016, 07:15:21 PM »
Do love my commuter 2013 Enertia plus bike but am not mechanically inclined and feel abandoned by Polaris/Brammo. Cannot find any service in Seattle area. New ominous noises and low speed fall and need mirror and peg.

Outside Seattle, last I had service done I took mine to Lynnwood Motoplex.  Seattle e-Bike used to do Brammo, I had a horrible service experience there, detailed in another thread so I'll spare repeating it.  I encourage you to not go there, and if you can get to Lynnwood consider going there.  Mine was the first Brammo they'd had across the threshold, the guy bringing the bike from the front around to the back had to ask me how to start it.  That was about a year ago, not sure how they've advanced since then.

I took my Enertia Plus there a couple yrs ago, at Lynnwood Motoplex, and they refused to even look at it.
Told me the Brammo was dead. Treated me like I had leprosy (which I do not).
Wouldn't even help me find a mirror.
Still love the bike.
Now I need replacement sprockets, spoke to an Oregon dealer and will contact Sunstar sprocket manufacturer. :o

Did you have any luck finding the Sprocket?

Triumph of Seattle was good enough to replace chain and install custom made rear sprocket only. Found front sprocket repacement out of their zone in e-bike.
