Newbie from good old Germany
« on: November 25, 2017, 07:35:11 PM »
Hi there,

yesterday I bought a Brammo Enertia down here in OWL (==somewhere in Europe) and I'm sure that I will have a lot of questions and that I'll need a lot of help... :D

I hope that this is the right place for this.

So: Have a lot of fun...

MfG

Welcome Eratosthenes.

I read "OWL" and almost couldn't believe it. You're not far away from me, I live near Holzminden in south Lower Saxony. I am a happy Brammo Empulse rider since 2014 and almost 20000 km.

I know two Zero riders in our area. Maybe we can arrange a meeting on the Köterberg next year (see: https://www.goingelectric.de/forum/veranstaltungen-deutschland/e-motorrad-treffen-auf-dem-koeterberg-t17276-50.html?hilit=k%C3%B6terberg#p626095)

Hi Brammofan, ways_ahaed,

@Brammofan: Thanks! I hope it looks that good as I haven't seen it in real life. But as it has just 900km (aprox. 560miles) on it and has fristed its life mainly in a showroom, I expect it to look stunning... ;->

@ways_ahaed: Great!
Of course I know the Köterberg and also Holzminden. I've been to the Tonenburg and the famous Villa Löwenherz in Höxter many times.

Do you manage to ride to the Köterberg and back on the battery?

Surely we can meet each other but I think won't be able to come with the Brammo. It's aprox. 150km one way.
But: My TNT 1130 Cafe Racer and other bikes I have also are funny machines... ;-)

Have a lot of fun...

Köterberg and back is about 80 km for me. That works fine.

I'd be happy to meet another Brammo rider no matter what bike he is currently on.  ;D

I am regularly at the Tonenburg but mostly on concerts.

Fine...

So "surely" we will meet each other next year. Maybe when there is an interesting concert at Tonenburg in 2018.

I'll be there, electrically on four wheels.
