Does any one know where we can still get the FUN MINI 125v 5A and 15 A fuses?

they seem obsolete and unavailable :o

They look like run-of-the-mill mini blade fuses. Should have some at an automotive store. They're the Mini Fuses, not the standard size.

sadly they are not.

standard mini blade fuses are usualy 12v, not 125v.

Oh, that sucks. I didn't realize they used 125V rated blades. Sorry about that.

No luck finding the propper fuses.

they are obsolete since end 2017 :'(

had rfq out and they both came back with the same anwser.

Mayby polaris stocked up on them but I highly doubt it.

replacement fuses are going to by a pain. :o

I looked at octopart.com for mini blade fuses and there's just nothing available. That's a shit design, IMHO to have ONE source for fuses.

Not sure the alternative. Does Victory stock them?

I'm thinking about to find other suitable form factor fuses and then make a new fusebox for them.

Does any one know whitch fuses are used in the zero's? they also have ~120v dc output chargers.

Looks like Victory does have them: (If the diagram doesn't pop up you can find it under 2016 Victory Empulse TT/Electrical Fuse Block)
https://store.victorymotorcycles.com/en-us/parts/#/Victory/V16EZBRRBB%2f%2fCB_EMPULSE_TT_(2016)_(R03)/ELECTRICAL%2c_FUSE_BLOCK_-_V16EZBRRBB%2f%2fCB_(800158)/122424/130455

Looks like you can get the fuses but not the relays, you'd have to "call" them.  They're GASP $8 each for some of them.  $11 for the 125V ones.  If anybody buys some let us know how they are.  It looks like there are 4 different kinds:
5A
10A
15A
5A 125V

so contact a polaris dealer for the 125V 15A fuses? they already ask 5 times as much for the 125V 5A fuses, I dread what they will ask for the 15A ones, if they even have them.

heel korte zoektocht kwam dit uit,

https://www.littelfuse.com/products/fuses/automotive-passenger-car/blade-fuses/fun.aspx

Proberen waard!? Hebben ook meerdere dealers in Nederland, misschien de moeite waard om een telefoontje aan te wagen!

thank you for searching Brugja.

but the problem is availability.

already had some RFQ out and called a couple of vendors. no luck.

the fuses are not being produced anymore since the end of 2017.

i'm now looking at replacing the fuse box with something available.
but still looking at what's is going to be the best solution.

About the wiring to and from the fusebox.

the wire splices into 3 just before the 15A fuses and after the fuses they are coming together again.
Why?
I guess it's fact that there were no small 125VDC automotive fuses bigger than 15A availble that would fit the chosen fuse box.
I guess 3x15A would do almost the same as 1 (inline) 45A fuse.
