Sorry posting this kinda late. Less than a week to go but Lightning motorcycle is having an open house even where you can come and and take a look at the Lightning Strike. It is in San Jose, California.

Not sure I have seen 5 LS-218s in my life
-2 at SJ BMW Bike Night
-1 at Refuel TT 2018
-2 at Petersen Automotive Museum (1 was the Pikes Peak race bike)

I also won the slow race event that day =)

It was pretty hot that day. Nice to ride an electric bike on a hot day it didn't try to bake me like an ICE bike. Wound up riding Metcalf and Mt. Hamilton on the way home boy was I tired and dehydrated by the time I got back. The bike however seems to run better in this heat.
