Honda electric motorcycle news
« on: April 28, 2021, 09:08:00 AM »
Finally some news from Honda. One "urban" electric motorcycle, a couple of scooters and one "fun" model. Nothing sounds too exciting though. And you may have to wait a few years to buy one:  https://electrek.co/2021/04/26/honda-announces-four-electric-motorcycles-to-debut-in-next-few-years/
current bikes: 2018 16.6 kWh Zero S, 2011 Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Classic, 2009 BMW F650GS, 2007 BMW R1200R, 2005 Triumph T-100 Bonneville, 2002 Yamaha FZ1 and a 1978 Honda Kick 'N Go Senior.

Ever wonder why it's taking Honda and the other big manufacturers so long to come out with their bikes? Who would have thought ten years ago that Harley would have been the first? Such a strange world.

Yeah I think the big four are just waiting for the right time.  Times a tickin...  I just bought a Honda Super Cub I hope they make an electric Super Cub that would be a great bike.

One thing that is surprising is that Mugen is just destroying the competition during Isle of Mann TT Zero, you would think Honda and Mugen could get together and make an electric superbike.
