Just had an online chat session with a Sondors rep and learned the following about the upcoming Sondors Metacycle:
1. Bike will have regenerative braking.
2. White and black color options are powder coated.
3. Asked about battery chemistry and who the manufacturer is. Was told that information was a secret for now.
4. Controller/wiring will not be exposed to the elements when bike is outdoors and battery is removed.
5. Asked about service/repair and was told that they will have a technical support group available for assistance. I believe that they are planning on shipping replacement parts to the owner or shop that owner chooses for repairs.
