This is a step in the right direction for the Japanese manufacturers.  I don't know why it's taking them so long to develop electric vehicles.

This scooter is interesting.  The promotional video looks like something from the most recent Tron film.  I was surprised to see that it has chain drive. 

Hopefully more of these products start to hit our market soon.
