BMW CE 04 electric scooter review

Not impressive at all.  I liked the older C-Evolution it was practical this is not.  It's specs not even that great.  If I wanted to ride something sporty I would ride a motorcycle.  They say it charges fast that's only because the battery is small, it's smaller than the Empulse TT.

It is clearly a city scooter for BMW posers.  ;)  No doubt a nice eye-catching theft-magnet in larger cities.  ::)
