$500.00 I am in the Seattle Washington area. I have a signed Florida title from previous owner . I did not convert it to Washington in my name. One battery installed in the bike and is charged. three other empty battery cases with hardware but no cells installed. I have 45 cells in a box that all charged to around 4 volts. I used some of these cells to repair my Victory. It has some parts interchangeable with the Victory NOT everything is the same. More photos coming. I have no idea if anything else is wrong with the bike as it never ran since I purchased it.
