Note that's an Enertia (likely 3.1), not an Empulse per their article.

I'm glad you're adding these pics, Gavin - I can't see any of them, unfortunately, because I'm behind a firewall.  However, (using my phone) I can see that they just posted a picture of "Our friend Xavier from IDIADA visits the Brammo stand"

IDIADA is a company in Spain that does homologation of vehicles... I assume for the EU market.  More information, here: http://www.idiada.com/web/homepage.html
The Brammoforum Wiki is still active: http://www.brammoforum.com/wiki

Yup, she's hot. But she needs to get her feet off my bike before I can see her beauty.

could be competition in Europe...

Quote
A major project for a 100% Italian House: it is called Energica and is the first fully electric sports motorcycle prototype developed by CRP. After traveling for two years from Europe to America to get on track eCRP, the staff has developed every detail with the aim of developing the first model of electric streetbike able to compete with the latest generation of motorcycles endothermic. Evolution is the watchword of the CRP and the challenge is clear: to bring, at last, the technology off the track and produce an electric motorcycle that can travel on the road just like a traditional combustion engine. What we can see in EICMA, although perfectly functional, is a prototype. The technical details are already known: power 100 kW, 150 km range, top speed 220 km / h. As for the chassis to note the use of the brake system with dual Brembo radial front caliper and caliper fixed to attack at the rear, while the shock absorber is Ohlins adjustable. The Energicais not yet on sale, but you can book through the website www.energicasuperbike.com.
