I will try to test various analog and digital sensors and if not, then I will find a way to remove the interlock so that it does not cause problems.
Did you remove the old temperature sensors from the PCB? I had this issue when rebuilding my battery. because each sensor has it's own place in the PCB on each battery module. Here's what I did:
On the picture is the temperature measured on each BMS position, I measured 784 times in order to check on witch position the temperature sensor should be placed, because between temperature sensors on the same BMS can't be more than if I'm not mistaken 2 degree Celsius and between all seven modules I think it's 5 degrees
