New Empulse at Bartels

just stopped by Bartels in Marina Del Rey where they have 4 new Empulse R's ready for delivery. One is available now as the buyer could not come up with the $ and gave up his spot on the list! It is a Black Carbon one (I'm on the list for a Red standard for a bit less bucks).

Actually, I think I got that one ,,

I HAD ordered a red one, but got a call a few weeks back and
was asked if I would take black one and not wait,,,

I SAID "HECK YAH!!!" 

So, had my test drive yesterday and shipping is already scheduled!

I should have well in hand by the end of the month!!!

Well lookie here. Some actual deliveries? Wondered if I'd ever see the day. Looking forward to frequent updates, owner reviews, and Gopro YouTube videos. The forum has been almost dead for some reason. Perhaps actual bikes will liven things up a bit.

Aside from a big spike in May 2012, the forum has been as active as ever.

But perhaps you have your own way of measuring things.

If I just cruise, I could probably make it around the island ,,
But my main riding will be 52 miles round trip to work., with occasional grocery shopping or dinner out In between,,,
