How did it go?

I hung out at the Golden Gate chapter's San Francisco event today and the Empulse got plenty of attention where it was the only production moto there. I had to advise several would-be e-commuters, to look at Zero's offerings since there's a dearth of local Victory dealers.

Another e-bike was represented that was home-built. Interesting charging approach: he had 16 separate chargers under the "gas tank" and individual wires running to each cell. No BMS. All cells are always balanced.

BMW, Nissan, and Smart dealers were there and were kept busy with offering test drives.

Pretty cool, nothing as exciting as home builds. 5 E-Motorcycles total, 3 from unique rides (zero dealer), a guy and his wife and his zero SR (I believe) and me  ;D
I was excited to see all the Tesla's and Coda's opened up, I learned a lot about the leaf. It was my first time seeing a BMW I3 close up as well. There were a fair share of Prius's, Volts, and other hybrids. I am not sure if we made it to 82 or 83 but just short of the goal of 100.
