I've played around with the dash to no avail. It will not show an "A" on the balancing line, even after watching it for a few minutes. Also left the bike on the charger for 3 days at 100% but nothing changed.

Does anyone know of a way to figure out what's going on with my batteries?

Hello!
The B9 error means that you have a difference in the humidity between modules (I believe above 30%).
To solve this, you need to change the sensors, if damaged, or open the modules and dry them.
Nevertheless, you need to connect the bike to the Battery Diagnostic Tool in order to check the problem.

Thank you cuttysark76. Does anyone out there know of anyone that has access to the Battery Diagnostic Tool?

If you don’t have any “official “ assistance you should look for your local Brammo community.
Certainly someone have it.

There’s also a thread in the forum for a custom made Diagnostic Tool.

What kind of information are you hoping to get out of the battery?

The Battery Diag will let you know what module or modules need assistance (B9 Error).
