Oil leaking from the motor!?

Hello everybody.

I noticed an oil leak under my Empulse today, so I searched this forum to see if anybody else had seen any oil leaks yet, and this one looked like something new.

The leak is coming from the motor. I noticed oil coming out from behind the plastic cover, so I pulled it off and out came about a couple of tablespoons of oil.

I cleaned up the oil a bit, but it looks like the oil is coming from the motor. Note the dark oil slick in the gold area, just under the silver circle.

What do you think?
Has anybody else seen anything like that?

I'd take it straight to the dealership except that it's 100 miles away from me and I don't have any free time to deal with this right now.
