Polaris Offers $100 Discount on Enertia Plus?

However, I just saw this tweet from the official Victory Motorcycle (owned by Polaris, of course)  twitter account:
Starting today, The Gunny @rleeermey will give you $100 if you ride a Victory and buy something else.

I'm not sure of all the details, except that you have a time limit on when you buy the "other" bike after your Victory test ride.

So, this deal gets announced the same day of the Enertia Plus announcement, which included a price increase that caused (justifiably) some grumbling.  Coincidence?
