I just read through the H.R.4348 Highway Bill that the President just signed. I was looking for anything regarding the 10% EV Motorcycle tax credit. I found stuff on Asian Carp, on Roll-your-own cigarette vending machines, and even flying over the Grand Canyon.
I couldn't find anything about the 10% EV motorcycle tax credit. I figured this bill would be the last real chance for the tax credit being reinstated, looking at what is on the congressional calender.
In my personal opinion, short of the House changing hands in the next election, this tax credit is dead.
