Illegal speed, even on German roads. But hey, what a torque this Empulse shows. I'm getting envious.
Wasn't there a stop sign at 2:50?  ???  ;D

I think it was more of a "stop suggestion" ..

I don't think I'd record myself testing vmax on public roads. But it's definitely fun to watch.
