These look very cool.

But for other than adjusting for small hands (I wear XL gloves), what riding benefits do they offer?

I usually not one to pass up a farkle, but I have to have some sort of rationalization.

For me the adjustablility was the ENTIRE reason.  For me the stock levers feel very far away.

As a bonus, they look neat.
