Aftermarket Sprockets

I did a bunch of searching and there wasn't much info on an aftermarket rear sprocket for our bikes.  I know Polaris sells the OEM rear sprocket but I would like change my gearing.  Also I'm in the US so I'd prefer something available in the US.

I know the front we can get from a GSXR-250 and JT sprockets sells them in different teeth sizes: JTF1439
Then to get the tooth size you add the number of teeth you want after the part number pretty much JTF1439.X ie: JTF1439.13 = 13 tooth sprocket

I looked up on Revzilla and for our bikes it recommends a Renthal sprocket, it pretty expensive though at $80

are there any other available sprockets?

Also I see that some go with a 42T rear sprocket and some a 13/40T sprockets.  How is everyone's experience with them?  I'm thinking of going 13/40T because my chain is still pretty new and I think that would drop in nicely to drop 1 in the front and increase 2 in the rear.  I'm looking for more acceleration, I like NEVER use 6th gear.

Thanks it would be great to know what part# we should look up because very few will places list stuff for the Empulse but  our wheels are Marchesini I guess and a bunch of other bikes use em.

Also is there any issues/drawbacks to the 13t sprocket on the front?  I know 13 is a pretty small sprocket.  My DR650 comes with a 15t stock and I went down to a 14t.  I know the sprocket will probably wear out faster as will the chain.  Or clearance issues?

Yes, Supersprox has the rear sprocket altough not in stock, they are made to order.
they also have the front sprocket but not at the moment they are comming in again in 90 days or so.

from the received mail:
Part no for rear sprocket is RST-7091. This part no. is not a stocking item. We can produce only on order.
There are 2 different ways of production. Cost of the sprocket is 69.95EUR in both cases.

    Machining before anodising takes 12 weeks.
    Machining after anodising takes max 4 weeks but in the places after machining will be no anodising.

Front sprocket is CST-1439:14 however this part no is not in stock. ETA is 90+ days.

I also found that more companies offer sprocket for our after market marchesini wheels
sprocket dimensions are 10.5mm for the 5 bolt holes at STC.100mm
hole diameter in the middle is 76mm.

Here's the email I got from supersproxusa when I asked how to order the above front sprocket:

"Unfortunately that part number is not in our inventory here in the USA. It sounds like you will have to go to Europe or find it through an online retailer. I apologize for the inconvenience and if you have any other questions just let us know!"

Has anyone tried the Renthal sprocket?  It seems like the only other option at the moment.

Not sure, you might have to remove the plastic sprocket guard, I remember there wasn't much room with the stock 14 tooth on there.

I try, it doesn't fit. When changing my chain an sprocket I actually ordered a 14 and a 15 teeth sprocket to try. The top of the teeth is hitting the swingarm, not by a lot, maybe 2mm but still :/
