Charging Fuse Box Almost Catch Fire

I'm from portugal and about 1 year bought the brammo, unfortunately I had some problems but they were solved.

But this time it was serious, the charging fusible box almost catch fire!!!

Can anyone help why this happens?

It might be time for all Brammo owners to take a look at the fusebox.  You should pull the fuses and make sure there is no corrosion or evidence of heat on the fuses or the holder.  Time might be allowing a little resistance to build up at the pin/socket interface causing heating.  I haven't looked at the Victory, but the fusebox and wiring in that area appears to be different from the Brammo.  Also, if you have a FLIR adapter for your phone, you need to look at the fusebox under load as a preemptive strike .

Wow, this IS scary stuff.

I'm taking the inspection suggestion seriously. I will remove all fuses and clean with emery cloth and spray with Caig Deoxit contact cleaner.

looks like the charger is problematic.

multi treads in this forum seem to indicate so.

especialy the wiring from the charger to the red and black connector.

Looks like the fuse/fusible link did it's job, will probably have to replace the whole fuse block and fuses.
