PLEASE I NEED HELP, I have a new user of brammo inertia in Spain
« on: November 09, 2018, 05:01:37 PM »
Hello, good evening, I write from Spain. I just bought a basic enertia brammo that does not turn on.
This bike is rare because it does not have the central button in the deposit, nor is it necessary to block it to load. When putting it to charge the motorcycle does absolutely nothing, no display lights up.
What model of motorcycle do I have? How do I know the bike is charging? Is there any indication that you are charging on the display?

Thannk you ery much

Can you take a few photos of the bike? A close photo of the serial number plate might help, too.

Hi,
if you plug the motorcycle cable into the socket, the charging should automatically start and the display will light up. If the display does not light, the motorcycle battery will not charge.
This may be due to several different faults or combinations of these:
1) faulty power cord
2) faulty integrated charger
3) defective / burnt fuse
4) faulty battery
5) corroded or disconnected contact in the battery circuit

I think you'll have to remove the covers to diagnose the malfunction.

Photos in the text attachment must have a maximum size of 500kb, if they are bigger, they need to be compressed.

by the way. Mine doesn't neither have central button and no need to block it for charging. But it does charge right and the pannel lights when charging. Two things I don't like of charging, the lights are always on, and when charge range is close to 96% a noise inside the batteries starts and doesn't stops even after 100%. What Enertia version we have? and it's that noise normal?

That noise is normal.
