I guess I'm leaning towards an Enertia but might consider the Empulse as well.  Looking to see what if anything is within a reasonable driving distance.

I've got an Enertia. I just ordered a replacement title because I lost mine. I was waiting to list it for sale after I received the replacement. It's got 5300 miles. Feel free to on me if you're interested. I'm in Kansas City, so it might be out of your range.
