front brake rotor disc

My 09 Enertia might need the front brake rotor disc replaced.
Indian Motorcycles and Polaris/Victory used to have access to Brammo parts.
But I haven't gotten any answers from them recently.
Does anyone know a compatible front brake rotor disc for Enertia?

Why do you need a new front brake disc?
Is it too worn or wavy?
And what about brake pads?
How many kilometers/miles have you driven on your Enertia?
