There's just a single rear axle nut, right?
« on: May 29, 2021, 07:26:21 PM »
Looking at the rear axle adjusting bolts, it strikes me that I'd expect to see a big lockdown nut on either side, but there's just one on the right side of the bike (the one that uses the 27mm socket), and it loosens both sides of the axle, to allow chain adjustment, is that correct? Just making sure I'm not missing something really important (like my left/chain side axle nut!) Thanks for answering dumb newbie questions!

Yes one very large locking nut.  The other side is a keyed bolt to keep it from spinning when tightening it.
