According to an
AP article in the business section of my newspaper today the federal electric vehicle tax credit will expire tonight. A lot of other business deductions are going by the wayside too. The
AP thinks that Congress will reinstate the deductions and credits retroactively later this year, as they have done in the past - but there is no guarantee of that. All of my congressional representatives like this EV credit but they won't be casting the deciding votes. Oh well, I don't make my EV purchase decisions based solely on price.
