Empulse Launch Event!

Hmmm.... im pinning my hopes on getting mine in July. I imagine they should be able to pump out several hundred a month when production is in full swing so hopefully the "groups" get distributed quickly. If they want high mileage testing done, let me be one of the first to volunteer on my own Empulse. BTW I will be keeping a very detailed journal on my blog as soon as an Empulse reaches my garage...

My plan for a google hangout is pretty dicey.  I tried to hangout with myself last night and I was having issues with the sound.  If someone wants to start one, I can probably join in, but no guarantees.  I'm definitely going to be watching closely, however.

There easy as dirt to set up.  Just click the "start a hangout" link in the upper right of your G+ page.  Then it gives you an option to name it (I'd suggest "Brammo Empulse Launch Watch Party") and then it shows your camera's output (usually your face?) and says something like, "check your hair - if you're ready, press start" And you're golden. 

At that point, you can add specific people, or make it public, or share it with one of your circles, etc.

If I get my sound issue sorted out, I'd be happy to set it up, but don't wait for me.  I'll let you know if anything changes - let's keep this thread as the go-to thread for the event.

Attending the Hangout?  No one is "confirmed."  Basically, the first 9 people who show up get to actually join in (talk, have their mugs on the screen), but I think others may be able to watch.  I'm not sure about that, though.

I think the Google Hangout is a great idea for tonight. I setup a new Google Plus account yesterday for this reason only.

I would hope that we get more than 9 people from our forum, in which case we would need a second session.
