"Great week of testing the #Brammo #Empulse with our partners in Italy. Are you ready for the future? I doubt it!"
I presume that he means their partners
from Italy, rather than that they were
in Italy doing the testing.
But who knows for sure? A dirt road in Oregon looks about the same as one in Italy.
