Some final testing before they go on sale hopefully :) I imagine we should start seeing deliveries start next week.

If you look at the next photo on that website, you will see a second caption for the same picture.

"Great week of testing the #Brammo #Empulse with our partners in Italy. Are you ready for the future? I doubt it!"

I presume that he means their partners from Italy, rather than that they were in Italy doing the testing. :P But who knows for sure? A dirt road in Oregon looks about the same as one in Italy.

maybe someone with good eyes can spot if the car in the background has an italian or oregon licence plate

I'm pretty sure both Aaron and all Empulse R models are currently in the states.

It looks like the car is a 2nd gen Prius (2004-2009). Not very many Priuses were sold in Europe (~160k from 2004-2009, vs ~700k in the US).
